This new approach has been captured in the following listing:
1. AACU being more responsive to market forces and the ability of the credit union to respond in a timely manner;
2. A change in the business model of AACU given current environmental forces;
3. A much better relationship between the credit union and its members;
4. Educate members – in particular the retirees of their eligibility to continue membership;
5. Improve on the relationship between Office staff and members;
6. Decision making should be in line with policies and procedures, whilst at the same time adapting to environmental forces;
7. Member sensitization through more effective communication to ensure awareness of AACU’s products and services.
